What should I do if the sand remains on top and doesn't fall? To resolve this issue, you can extract some air from the painting or inject a small amount of pure water.

What should I do if my sand painting is flowing very fast? To slow down the movement of the sand, you can inject some air or shake the painting to add more air inside.

Mine did not come with a syringe. How can I obtain one? If your package doesn't include a syringe, you can purchase a small one from a pharmacy or store. (Please be cautious not to insert the syringe frequently into the frame to avoid damaging the seal and causing water leakage.)

Is it normal for the water in the sand painting to slowly evaporate over time? Yes, it is normal for some of the water vapor in the sand painting to evaporate over time. If the sand is always stuck, you can consider injecting some pure water. However, be careful not to inject too much to prevent the glass from breaking.
