What should I do if the sand remains on top and doesn't fall? You can extract some air or inject a small amount of pure water.

What should I do if my sand painting flows very fast? You can inject some air or shake the sand painting to increase air inside.

Mine did not come with a syringe. How can I get one for this? You can purchase a small syringe at a pharmacy or store. (Be careful not to insert the syringe into the frame frequently as it may damage the sealing and cause water leakage.)

Does anyone have issues with the water slowly evaporating? Because mine is a year old and there's less water. Over time, some of the water vapor in the sand painting will evaporate. If the sand is always stuck, you can consider injecting some pure water. However, avoid injecting too much to prevent glass breakage.

If the flow rate is too slow, you need to extract some air. Generally, keeping the height of the bubble at 0.2-0.4inch will result in a moderate sand flow rate that forms a wonderful pattern.
